Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- minimum 2 years experience in culinary field with focus on high volume production
- culinary education degree or equivalent experience required if less than 2 years experience
- strong communication and organizational skills
- leadership and interpersonal skills
- adept at handling difficult situations calmly
- passion for culinary arts
- ability to read and understand recipes
- knowledge and proper use of kitchen knives
- positive, friendly, and helpful attitude towards guests and teammates
- excellent guest service skills including service recovery
- enthusiasm for working in a kitchen
- knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- food safety certification
- ability to work with kitchen technology systems
- flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications
