Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field focused on high volume production
  • culinary education degree or equivalent for those with less than 2 years experience
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • proven leadership ability
  • ability to troubleshoot and handle difficult situations calmly
  • passion for culinary arts
  • ability to create and understand recipes
  • knowledge of proper knife usage
  • positive and friendly attitude
  • excellent guest service skills
  • passionate and enthusiastic about kitchen work
  • knowledge of culinary techniques
  • food safety certification
  • ability to work with culinary technology systems
  • flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays and special events

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary education degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 2 years culinary experience with high volume production
  • strong communication skills
  • proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • food safety certification
  • proficiency with culinary techniques and terminology
  • ability to read and understand recipes
  • basic wine knowledge preferred
