Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in culinary field focusing on high volume production
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent with less than 2 years experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at troubleshooting and managing difficult situations
  • Passionate about culinary and guest delight
  • Ability to create, read, and understand recipes
  • Knife skills knowledge
  • Positive and helpful attitude toward guests and team
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Food Safety Certification
  • Ability to work with culinary technology systems
  • Flexible to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, special events

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume culinary production
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and understand recipes
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced fine dining environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and precise food production
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Follow recipes accurately and adjust as needed to meet quality standards
  • Assist in leadership duties including guiding junior staff and managing kitchen stations
  • Troubleshoot kitchen operations and resolve issues calmly under pressure
  • Provide excellent guest service and contribute to a positive dining experience
