Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field with a focus on high volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience if less than 2 years
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle difficult situations calmly
- Passion for culinary and delighting guests with food
- Ability to create, read, and understand recipes
- Knowledge of proper knife use
- Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
- Excellent guest service skills and ability to provide service recovery
- Passion and enthusiasm for working in the kitchen
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Food safety certification or equivalent
- Ability to work with technology systems such as plate costing and KDS
- Must be flexible to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced fine dining environment
- Lead and coordinate kitchen team activities to ensure excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Follow recipes and presentation standards precisely
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in inventory management and ingredient ordering
- Provide excellent guest service and handle service recovery when necessary
