Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field with high volume production focus
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience if under 2 years of experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Able to troubleshoot and remain calm under pressure
  • Passionate about culinary arts and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to create, read, and understand recipes
  • Knowledge of proper knife use
  • Exhibit positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
  • Excellent guest service skills and service recovery abilities
  • Enthusiasm for kitchen work
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Food Safety Certification
  • Ability to use kitchen technology
  • Flexible to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the culinary field focusing on high-volume production
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience if less than 2 years in the field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Demonstrated ability to create, read, and understand recipes
  • Food Safety Certification or equivalent
  • Ability to work with kitchen technology systems

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced fine dining environment
  • Work collaboratively with culinary team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
  • Follow and interpret recipes accurately to deliver consistent dishes
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and ensure availability
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Provide excellent guest service and handle service recovery when necessary
