Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field with high volume production focus
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience if under 2 years of experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Able to troubleshoot and remain calm under pressure
- Passionate about culinary arts and guest satisfaction
- Ability to create, read, and understand recipes
- Knowledge of proper knife use
- Exhibit positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
- Excellent guest service skills and service recovery abilities
- Enthusiasm for kitchen work
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Food Safety Certification
- Ability to use kitchen technology
- Flexible to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the culinary field focusing on high-volume production

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced fine dining environment
- Work collaboratively with culinary team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Follow and interpret recipes accurately to deliver consistent dishes
- Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and ensure availability
- Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Provide excellent guest service and handle service recovery when necessary
