Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of application questions is required
- Ability to work no more than 29 hours per week
- Must be eligible for rehire if a former employee
- Must comply with drug and alcohol testing policies
- Ability to travel as required

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in program coordination or community recreation preferred
- Ability to supervise part-time and volunteer staff
- Proficient in computer systems related to ticketing, inventory, and financial software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records
- Understanding of safety procedures and emergency response
Job Duties
- Plan, promote, coordinate, and execute program activities
- Supervise contract, volunteer, ancillary, third party and/or lower-level part-time personnel
- Maintain required forms such as event permits, facility inspections, inventory lists, time and attendance reports, program planning documents, and facility schedules
- Conduct program participation surveys and report outcomes
- Meet with assigned staff to discuss and resolve work related problems
- Handle and adjust complaints from patrons or facility tenants
- Explain facility services and programs to the public and program participants
