The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is a luxurious 605-room convention center hotel located in the vibrant heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Job Requirements
- Must have 1-3 years of beverage or food and beverage management experience
- Must have previous coffee shop experience strongly preferred
- Must have previous upscale hotel experience preferred
- Must be able to bend, push, pull, lift up to 30 lbs and stand up to 8 hours
- Must be able to work all shifts including AM’s, PM’s, overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have ability to drive the team towards a common goal
- Must have strong understanding of current trends as well as operational financials

Job Duties
- Bring fresh and current ideas to our food and beverage offerings
- Monitor the flow of service in the outlets ensuring prompt service
- Follow through on out of stock items and IOUs to maintain par stocks in outlets
- Perform inventory checks and ensure par levels are maintained
- Train staff on Omni standards of service for food and beverage
- Engage with guests regularly asking for feedback and follow-up with concerns
- Manage labor hours effectively through scheduling and assignment of responsibilities
- Prepare requisition and verify supplies
- Schedule associates and complete payroll
- Conduct standup meetings and department meetings
- Coach, counsel, and mentor associates to success
- Inspect and observe daily operations and follow-up on deficiencies with recommendations
- Develop and implement guest service initiatives
- Assist staff wherever needed to ensure service quality
- Manage reservations to ensure ideal flow in outlets
- Ensure all staff meet uniform specifications and appearance standards
- Perform service audits and follow-up with training as needed
- Communicate with culinary teams for seamless kitchen service
- Keep team updated with latest menu changes and develop up-selling techniques with staff
