Job Requirements

  • Must have or obtain a valid driver’s license applicable to job responsibilities
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year experience in event management and cashiering or equivalent
  • personal smart device required for accessing county systems
  • able to work part-time, including weekends and holidays
  • pass a criminal background check
  • demonstrate reliability and punctuality
  • ability to withstand physical demands of event setup and breakdown
  • willing to participate in emergency response activities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year experience in scheduling, setting up, and taking down events
  • minimum one year experience in cashiering or similar office work
  • knowledge of customer service principles
  • proficient in Microsoft Windows and office software
  • ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • passing a criminal background check
  • bilingual English-Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Assists with scheduling, setting up, and taking down events
  • provides excellent customer service and manages difficult situations professionally
  • maintains and inspects event equipment and venues
  • performs cashiering and office-related duties
  • communicates effectively with clients and staff
  • ensures compliance with county policies and safety regulations
  • maintains cleanliness and organization of work areas
