Job Requirements
- high school graduation or equivalent
- Florida Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting objects up to 100 pounds
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule
- ability to safely use cleaning agents and custodial equipment
- capability to communicate effectively in diverse environments
- willingness to perform incidental duties as required
Job Qualifications

- ability to operate basic office equipment
- relevant maintenance and janitorial experience preferred

Job Duties
- Understand and follow written and oral instructions
- communicate effectively in written and oral forms
- set up and break down gymnasium equipment, work areas, break rooms, and classrooms
- relocate and organize furniture, fixtures, and equipment as required
- maintain a safe and clean working environment for assigned areas
- perform janitorial cleaning and preventive maintenance according to schedules
- utilize various cleaning agents and general maintenance equipment safely
- operate basic office equipment including computers, printers, fax machines, and telephones
- perform routine and minor facilities improvement tasks
- establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse populations
