Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old (or as specified)
- Able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds
- Ability to demonstrate skills associated with the position
- For aquatic staff: current American Red Cross Lifeguard training or nationally recognized certification, CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification, First Aid certification, able to pass a swim test
- Obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of employment (if not already certified)
- Must be at least 18 years old for certain positions
- Must be able to work variable hours
Job Qualifications

- Possess job-specific certifications such as USA Archery Level 2 or Red Cross Lifeguard training

Job Duties
- Supervises, schedules, and trains staff
- Oversees maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Provides recommendations and assists in programming and special events
- Ensures safety and enforcement of policies
- Manages scheduling and coordinates activities
- Assists participants and public with information and support
- Conducts training and evaluations of programs and staff
