Job Duties

  • Greet guests courteously and with a smile
  • Park guest vehicles and retrieve valet-parked guest vehicles in a timely and courteous manner
  • Read luggage tags and provide claim tickets to ensure appropriate delivery
  • Move guest luggage as needed
  • Secure guests' belongings and ensure the safety of vehicles
  • Assist guests with directions and other inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the hotel entrance
