Job Duties
- Welcome and assist guests during the loading and unloading of their vehicles
- Safely and efficiently relocate guest automobiles to designated parking areas
- Maintain constant communication and coordination with hotel guest services
- Stay informed about daily hotel events to optimize parking logistics
- Deliver excellent customer service embodying the spirit of Aloha
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and hotel policies
- Perform vehicle inspections and report any damage appropriately
