Job Requirements
- Must have a valid, unexpired California driver’s license
- must have a clean driving record
- must be familiar with driving all types of cars including automatic and standard shift
- must wear clean, Club-supplied uniform and be well groomed
- must be able to work overtime
- must speak English clearly and be able to take direction in English
- follow parking procedures and directives outlined by Valet Supervisor
- available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions including extreme temperatures, rain, and wind
Job Qualifications
- Valid, unexpired California driver’s license
- clean driving record
- familiarity with driving all types of cars including automatic and standard shift
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to follow directions precisely
- previous valet or parking attendant experience beneficial
Job Duties
- Greet Members and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- assist Members and guests in and out of their vehicles and with their belongings
- park automobiles safely for Members and guests and keep keys in parking office
- follow parking protocol and coordinate car movement during events
- summon and dispatch rideshares upon request
- provide travel information to Members and guests
- work closely with Security to prevent unauthorized access
- issue and collect automobile claim tickets
- clean Member vehicles upon request including washing, waxing, and vacuuming
- maintain clean and safe entrances, parking lots, valet area, and carwash
- act as a Club liaison and direct Members and guests to desired areas
- receive Fed-Ex and UPS shipments and contact departments for pick-up
- perform other tasks assigned by Valet Supervisor
