Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of valet or customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience with valet management software or systems

Job Duties

  • Supervise valet attendants and assign tasks to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first and last impression
  • Monitor vehicle flow and parking logistics to prevent congestion and delays
  • Train new valet staff on procedures, customer service standards, and safety protocols
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys, tickets, and parking logs
  • Inspect vehicles for damage before and after parking
  • report any incidents promptly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws
  • Communicate effectively with hotel, restaurant, or facility management as needed
  • Perform valet duties when necessary, including parking and retrieving vehicles
