Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of valet or customer service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Supervise valet attendants and assign tasks to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first and last impression
- Monitor vehicle flow and parking logistics to prevent congestion and delays
- Train new valet staff on procedures, customer service standards, and safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys, tickets, and parking logs
- Inspect vehicles for damage before and after parking
- report any incidents promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws
- Communicate effectively with hotel, restaurant, or facility management as needed
- Perform valet duties when necessary, including parking and retrieving vehicles
