- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- professional and courteous demeanor
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in valet or parking services preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- customer service experience is a plus
- knowledge of the local area and hotel layout is beneficial
- ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- welcome guests upon arrival and assist with loading and unloading vehicles
- safely and efficiently relocate guest automobiles to designated parking areas
- communicate clearly and coordinate with hotel guest services
- maintain knowledge of daily events and special occasions at the hotel
- ensure the security and care of all guest vehicles
- provide timely and courteous service
- support overall guest satisfaction through attentive and professional valet operations
