Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license for at least 2 years
- ability to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
- great communication skills in written and spoken language
- ability to resolve customer issues positively
- willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years driving experience
- energetic and outgoing personality
- friendly and professional communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- experience with valet parking is a plus
- customer service experience is a plus
- ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is desirable
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and thank them upon exit
- park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and timely
- explain parking rates and provide retrieval instructions
- inspect vehicles before taking possession following company guidelines
- maintain company uniform appearance and professional demeanor
- stand, walk, and occasionally lift items up to 50lbs
- perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed
