Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Energetic and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach
- Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Energetic and outgoing with the ability to stand and carry items up to 50lbs
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
- Previous valet parking experience is a plus
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage
Job Duties
- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
- Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines
- Maintain the company uniform appearance and cheerfully interact with guests
- Stand, walk, and occasionally help with items weighing up to 50lbs
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as assigned
