Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license for minimum 2 years
  • Ability to stand, walk, run, and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication skills both written and spoken
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Able to work overnight shifts
  • Ability to quickly resolve customer issues
  • Experience with manual transmission driving helpful

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years
  • Energetic and physically able to carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly and professional customer service approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
  • Experience with valet parking preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Cheerfully greet guests and thank them upon exit
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
  • Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
  • Inspect each vehicle before taking possession according to company guidelines
  • Maintain uniform appearance and professional demeanor
  • Stand, walk, and sometimes help carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by management
