Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Capability to stand, walk, and carry items up to 50lbs
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle customer concerns
- Willingness to work overnight shift
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicle is a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken language
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
- Previous valet parking experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession following company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Be active outdoors standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs
- Complete a nightly audit of all vehicles
- Perform multiple nightly walkthroughs of the parking lot checking on vehicles
