Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
  • Capable of standing, running, and carrying items up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts
  • Able to occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of valet parking experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years driving experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken form
  • Energetic and able to stand and move actively for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Cheerfully greet guests and thank them upon exit
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly
  • Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
  • Inspect vehicles following company guidelines before taking possession
  • Maintain uniform appearance and professional demeanor
  • Stand, walk, and occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds
  • Complete nightly audit of all vehicles
  • Perform multiple nightly walkthroughs of the parking lot
