Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possess a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Capable of standing, running, and carrying items up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
- Willingness to work overnight shifts
- Able to occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of valet parking experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken form
- Energetic and able to stand and move actively for extended periods
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
- Inspect vehicles following company guidelines before taking possession
- Maintain uniform appearance and professional demeanor
- Stand, walk, and occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds
- Complete nightly audit of all vehicles
- Perform multiple nightly walkthroughs of the parking lot
