Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Be energetic and able to stand, walk, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
- Demonstrate great communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle customer service situations positively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years
- Experience driving manual (stick-shift) transmission vehicles preferred
- Previous valet parking experience of 1 year or more is a plus
- Customer service experience of 1 year or more
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues effectively
Job Duties
- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
- Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide excellent customer service
- Stand, walk, and carry items weighing up to 50lbs throughout the shift
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks and special projects as assigned by management
