Job Requirements
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have a valid driver’s license and have been driving for at least 2 years
- Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs if needed
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language with a friendly, professional approach
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can resolve customer issues positively
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken language
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in valet parking - 1 year or more preferred
- Customer service experience - 1 year or more preferred
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and timely
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
- Inspect vehicles following company guidelines before taking possession
- Maintain company uniform appearance and professional demeanor
- Stand, walk, and occasionally assist with lifting items up to 50lbs
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks and special projects as assigned
