Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license held for at least two years
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Great communicator with friendly and professional approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Can resolve customer issues positively and helpfully
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license held for at least two years
- Previous valet parking experience of one year or more advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with at least one year of experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
- Friendly and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guest self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession following company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform appearance and provide excellent customer service
- Stand, walk, and sometimes lift items up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management
