Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license held for at least two years
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Able to stand, walk, run and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to resolve customer issues positively and professionally

- Ability to drive a manual (stick-shift) transmission vehicle
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language
- Friendly and professional approach to customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in valet parking preferred
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession according to company guidelines
- Maintain a professional uniform appearance and positive demeanor
- Stand, walk, and carry items up to 50 pounds as needed
- Perform small cleaning, maintenance tasks, or special projects when requested by management
