Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license held for at least two years
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
  • Energetic and outgoing personality
  • Able to stand, walk, run and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to resolve customer issues positively and professionally

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license held for at least two years
  • Ability to drive a manual (stick-shift) transmission vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language
  • Friendly and professional approach to customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in valet parking preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
  • Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve self-park vehicles
  • Inspect each vehicle before taking possession according to company guidelines
  • Maintain a professional uniform appearance and positive demeanor
  • Stand, walk, and carry items up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Perform small cleaning, maintenance tasks, or special projects when requested by management
