Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- possess a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- energetic and outgoing personality capable of standing, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 1 year of valet parking experience is a plus
- at least 1 year of customer service experience
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
- familiarity with manual (standard, stick-shift) vehicle operation is beneficial
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-parking
- inspect each vehicle before taking possession, following company guidelines
- maintain company uniform appearance and professional demeanor
- stand, walk, and assist with lifting items up to 50 pounds
- complete small cleaning, maintenance tasks or special projects as requested by management
