Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license for at least 2 years
- energetic and able to stand, run, and carry up to 50lbs
- great communication skills in both written and spoken language
- able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- energetic and outgoing personality
- excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- ability to stand for extended periods and carry items up to 50lbs
- experience in valet parking of 1 year or more is preferred
- customer service experience of 1 year or more is preferred
- able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
Job Duties
- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
- help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines
- maintain the company uniform appearance and a positive demeanor
- be outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs
- complete small cleaning, maintenance tasks or other special projects as assigned by local management
