Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license held for minimum 2 years
Ability to stand, walk, run and carry items up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Energetic and outgoing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

At least 1 year of valet parking experience preferred
At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years
Energetic and outgoing personality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to resolve customer issues positively

Job Duties

Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit
Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly
Explain parking rates and provide self-park instructions
Inspect vehicles according to company guidelines before taking possession
Maintain professional uniform appearance and a positive attitude
Stand, walk, and assist with items weighing up to 50 pounds
Complete small cleaning, maintenance tasks, or special projects as assigned
