Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving experience
- Energetic and able to stand, run and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to resolve customer issues positively

- Experience handling valet parking preferred
- Experience in customer service preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests cheerfully and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles
- Inspect vehicles before taking possession following company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform and professional appearance
- Stand, walk, and assist with lifting items up to 50 pounds as needed
- Complete small cleaning, maintenance tasks, or special projects as assigned
