Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience
- Ability to drive manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission
- Energetic and able to stand, walk, run, and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken form
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in valet parking
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly and professional approach to customer interactions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and timely
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park retrieval
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession according to company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform appearance and resolve customer issues positively
- Stand, walk, and occasionally assist with lifting items up to 50 pounds
- Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by management
