Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Ability to drive manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission preferred
- Energetic and physically capable of standing, running, and carrying items up to 50lbs
- Excellent communication skills with friendly demeanor
- Ability to resolve customer issues positively and effectively
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken form
- Friendly and professional approach to customer service
- Energetic and able to stand, walk, and carry up to 50lbs if needed
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience in valet parking is a plus
- Customer service experience is desirable
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession while following company guidelines
- Maintain a professional uniform appearance and positive demeanor
- Stand, walk, and occasionally lift items up to 50lbs during shift
- Complete small cleaning, maintenance tasks, or special projects as requested by management
