Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving experience
- Ability to operate vehicles safely including manual transmission
- Energetic and physically capable of standing, walking, running, and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle customer issues
- Available to work all shifts
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand, walk, run, and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
- Previous experience in valet parking preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and timely
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession following company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform appearance and demonstrate friendly, professional behavior
- Stand, walk, and occasionally help carry items up to 50 pounds
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or special projects as requested by management
