Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Energetic and physically capable of standing, running, and carrying items up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communicator with a friendly and professional approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues
- Ability to drive manual transmission (preferred but not mandatory)
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years driving experience
- Energetic and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
- Experience in valet parking preferred
- Experience in customer service preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and timely
- Explain parking rates and provide self-park instructions
- Inspect vehicles before taking possession following company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform appearance and professional demeanor
- Stand, walk, and occasionally assist with items up to 50 pounds
- Complete small cleaning, maintenance tasks, or special projects as requested by management
