Job Requirements
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have a valid driver’s license and have been driving for at least 2 years
- Energetic and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs
- Great communicator with a friendly and professional approach
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
- Must follow uniform and grooming standards
- Consistent attendance and ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to work well with supervisors and team members
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Clean driving record with no major violations or DUIs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to run short distances, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong safety awareness and knowledge of vehicle handling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Previous valet or hospitality experience is a plus
- Familiarity with luxury brand service standards is beneficial
- Basic technology skills including use of valet systems and radios
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude
- Open vehicle doors and assist guests with luggage
- Provide clear directions and answer guest questions
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
- Drive carefully following traffic and safety regulations
- Issue valet tickets accurately and maintain ticket security
