Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Ability to drive a wide range of vehicles
- Manual (stick-shift) experience preferred
- Dependability and energetic presence
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Availability to work weekends
- Professional appearance and attitude

Job Duties
- Offer a warm, professional welcome to every guest on arrival and departure
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely, efficiently, and with care
- Complete brief vehicle inspections and handle guest property respectfully
- Maintain a sharp, professional appearance and uphold Propark's service standards
- Clearly communicate parking rates, directions, and site procedures with confidence and courtesy
- Support day-to-day site needs, including light cleaning or special projects as requested
- Stay active throughout your shift by walking, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
