Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with minimum two years driving experience
- Energetic and capable of standing, running, and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Great written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
- Maintain professional appearance following uniform and grooming standards
- Reliable and punctual with availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to work well within a team with supervisors and colleagues
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license held for at least two years
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong safety awareness and knowledge of vehicle handling
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Previous valet or hospitality experience preferred
- Familiarity with luxury brand service standards advantageous
- Basic technology skills for using valet systems and communication devices
Job Duties
- Greet all guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude
- Open vehicle doors and assist guests with luggage when needed
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
- Issue valet tickets accurately and keep matching tickets secured
- Record vehicle details and parking location
- Coordinate with hotel staff regarding guest arrivals and VIPs
- Communicate clearly on the radio to ensure smooth guest flow
- Report suspicious activity or unsafe conditions to management
- Follow all safety protocols including speed limits and proper parking techniques
- Store keys securely and maintain safe walking paths
- Keep the valet stand clean, stocked, and organized
- Manage traffic to prevent congestion
- Assist with overnight parking logs and coordinate with parking manager
- Support special events and peak check-in times
- Maintain confidentiality and handle guest complaints professionally
- Adhere to company policies and standards
