Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years
- Ability to stand, walk, run, and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Friendly and professional approach when interacting with guests
- Ability to work part-time hours Monday through Friday from 10 am to 2 pm
- Able to respond to fast-paced work environment demands
- Willingness to perform occasional cleaning or maintenance tasks
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years driving experience
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Ability to resolve customer issues positively and professionally
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession following company guidelines
- Maintain uniform appearance and exhibit a friendly, professional demeanor
- Stand and walk for most of the shift, occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds
- Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as assigned
