Job Requirements
- At least 20 years old
- Valid driver’s license with minimum two years driving experience
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand, walk, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in valet parking or customer service is a plus
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform appearance and resolve guest issues
- Stand, walk, and assist with carrying items up to 50lbs
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks and special projects assigned by management
