Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years
- ability to drive a manual (stick-shift) transmission is a plus
- energetic and outgoing personality
- able to stand, walk, and carry items up to 50 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- age of at least 18 years
- able to work mornings and evenings
- able to handle fast-paced work environment
- customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years
- energetic and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 pounds
- strong written and spoken communication skills
- friendly and professional approach to guests
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
- valet parking experience of 1 year or more preferred
- customer service experience of 1 year or more preferred
Job Duties
- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
- inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
- maintain company uniform appearance and a professional demeanor
- stand, walk, and help with items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
- complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects when requested by management
