Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Less than 2 points on driver’s license
- Comfortable driving various vehicles including cars and SUVs
- Physically able to stand, walk, run, and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Friendly and professional communication style
- Ability to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years
- Ability to operate all types of cars and SUVs safely
- Energetic and outgoing demeanor
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
- Previous experience in valet parking of 1 year or more is desirable
- Customer service experience of 1 year or more is a plus
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession following company guidelines
- Maintain the company uniform appearance and professional conduct
- Stand, walk, and assist with items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Complete small cleaning, maintenance tasks, or special projects as assigned
