Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with minimum two years driving experience
- Less than 2 points on driver’s license
- Comfortable driving all types of cars and SUVs
- Ability to carry items up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license for at least two years
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
- Prior valet parking experience of one year or more preferred
- Customer service experience of one year or more preferred
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-parking guests
- Inspect vehicles before taking possession following company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform appearance and professional demeanor
- Stand, walk, and assist with items up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by management
