Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs as needed
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Experience with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous
- Energetic and outgoing personality with physical stamina
Job Duties
- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession following company guidelines
- Maintain the company uniform appearance and resolve customer issues positively
- Be active outdoors, standing, walking, and occasionally helping with items up to 50 lbs
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by management
