Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years
- Ability to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 10am-2pm
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Prior experience in valet parking or customer service is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years
- Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission preferred
- Energetic and physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession following company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional service
- Stand, walk, and occasionally assist with lifting items up to 50 pounds
- Complete small cleaning, maintenance, or special projects as requested by management
