Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Physically able to stand, walk, run, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer issues
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
- Prior experience in valet parking is preferred
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
- Inspect vehicles according to company guidelines before taking possession
- Maintain professional appearance and uniform
- Stand, walk, and occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds
- Assist with cleaning, maintenance tasks, or special projects as requested
