Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years
At least 18 years old
Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 pounds
Energetic and outgoing personality
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts
Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle preferred

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
Energetic and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
Previous valet parking experience of 1 year or more preferred
Customer service experience of 1 year or more preferred

Job Duties

Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicles
Inspect each vehicle before taking possession following company guidelines
Maintain company uniform appearance and provide excellent customer service
Stand, walk, and assist with items up to 50 pounds during shifts
Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or special projects as assigned
