Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move light objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Ability to assist guests including those with disabilities
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic to ensure legal parking and smooth flow
- Provide guests with directions and information about property amenities and local areas
- Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and report hazards
- Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
- Communicate parking procedures to guests
- Follow company policies and report unsafe conditions
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests politely
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Speak clearly and answer telephones professionally
- Stand or walk for extended periods
- Move or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
