Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move light objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to assist guests including those with disabilities
  • Willingness to follow company policies and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Valid Driver’s License

Job Duties

  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
  • Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic to ensure legal parking and smooth flow
  • Provide guests with directions and information about property amenities and local areas
  • Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and report hazards
  • Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests
  • Follow company policies and report unsafe conditions
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests politely
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Speak clearly and answer telephones professionally
  • Stand or walk for extended periods
  • Move or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
