Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Montana driver’s license
  • Proven ability to drive vehicles with manual transmissions
  • Ability to show proof of insurability and maintain a clean driving record annually
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, hearing/listening, lifting, manual dexterity, pulling/pushing, seeing, sitting, speaking, squatting/kneeling, walking, standing

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first and last point of contact at St. Vincent Healthcare, greeting all guests and offering assistance as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the outdoor entrance area and interior lobby
  • Provide valet parking services to patients and visitors
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
  • Offer information, directions, wheelchair assistance, and help with entering/exiting vehicles
  • Keep exterior entrance areas clean and welcoming including picking up trash, sweeping entrances, performing snow removal and applying ice-melt during winter months
  • Maintain interior lobby cleanliness by picking up trash, sweeping and/or mopping entrances, updating reading materials
  • Safely valet park vehicles and manage key/number systems
