Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Montana driver’s license
  • Proven ability to drive vehicles with manual transmissions
  • Ability to show proof of insurability and maintain a clean driving record annually
  • Capability to perform physical activities including climbing, lifting, hearing, manual dexterity, pulling, pushing, seeing, sitting, speaking, squatting, kneeling, walking, standing

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Montana driver’s license
  • Proven ability to drive vehicles with manual transmissions
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to operate light or medium duty vehicles safely
  • Good physical condition to perform duties such as lifting, walking, and standing
  • Organizational skills to manage keys and parking arrangements

Job Duties

  • Greet patients, visitors, and staff as the first and last point of contact
  • Provide exceptional customer service including directions, wheelchair assistance, and vehicle entry and exit help
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of exterior entrance areas, including trash removal, sweeping, snow removal, and ice-melt application
  • Keep interior lobby areas clean and welcoming by picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, and updating reading materials
  • Safely valet park vehicles of patients and visitors using an organized key/number system
  • Assist with deliveries by driving light or medium duty vehicles on varied routes
  • Adhere to safety and operational protocols while performing physical tasks such as lifting and walking
