Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior professional experience in parking services or customer-facing role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- reliable transportation to and from work location
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- ability to lift 25 pounds
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Prior parking experience strongly preferred
- customer service abilities are a must
- must be polite, friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to multi-task
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and walk long distances
- ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions
- excellent communication skills
- ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering world class service
- monitor parking garage for safety and security of guests, employees, and vehicles
- provide guests with directions and other venue information
- direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
- respond to all comments or complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
- assist daily and monthly parkers with any issues that may arise on site
