Job Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to walk and stand for your entire shift and lift up to 20 pounds
- Prepared to work in all weather including windy, muddy or rainy conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from the track location

Job Duties
- Evaluate parking area to ensure optimal utilization of parking area and maintain safety of all guests as well as exiting guests safely off the property
- Ensure compliance to safety regulations and company policies
- Ensure traffic flow and parking allows for access of emergency vehicles
- Collect payment from guests when required
- Maintain knowledge of facility and event, i.e. providing directions
- Assist with clean-up of debris from parking lots when needed
- Utilize hand signals and lights to direct guests into open spots
- Position and move barricades, cones and signage as needed
- Manage and resolve guest questions while providing excellent customer service
- Communicate with supervisors with relevant information of guests violating rules or if suspicious activity is observed
- Cell phone usage is not allowed while directing traffic
- Individuals driving rental vehicles and/or golf carts must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle license inspection
