Job Duties
- Assist and communicate with fans regarding parking lot rule non-compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service including greetings and responding to inquiries
- Control access to restricted areas by verifying tickets or credentials
- Monitor crowd activities and report suspicious or threatening situations
- Escort players or special guests to and from their vehicles
- Address complaints and concerns professionally and escalate as needed
- Participate in special projects and assignments as directed
